Deena Bernstein graduated from Seton Hall University with a BA degree in English. She received a Certificate in Clinical Research Administration in 2005 from George Washington University, and a Masters Degree in Health Sciences, Clinic Research Administration from George Washington University in 2006.
Deena has nearly twenty years of clinical research site operations experience She began her journey as Director of Clinical Research for Sheridan Clinical Research where she created and developed their research program from its inception. The department supported the organizations 6500 physicians Nationwide. She also, started their investigator initiated research program in 2015, Sheridan Scientific Intelligence.
Deena joined IQVIA in 2016 where she was recruited to develop and operate their first SMO from the ground floor. She on-boarded Qcare’s first 8 sites and built the infrastructure of the business unit, which included policies & procedures, KPI’s, Quality Management System, site metrics, hiring the workforce, and led high preforming teams that met their goals and objectives during their first three years in operation.
Currently Deena joined Kelly Willenberg & Associates in March of 2019 providing site operational expertise for clients.
